Describe your role at Anthill and what a typical day looks like for you.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, my role at Anthill is to connect amazing people with exciting opportunities. A typical day involves collaborating with hiring and delivery managers, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring a seamless recruitment process. I also focus on creating a positive candidate experience and building a talent pipeline for future roles.

Describe your job in a way that a 3-year-old would understand it.

I help find the right people to join our team, like finding friends who are really good at playing certain games so we can all win together!

What was your motivation to join Anthill’s team?

I was drawn to Anthill’s culture of innovation and inclusivity. The opportunity to make a meaningful impact by bringing in talented individuals who align with the company’s vision and values was incredibly exciting for me.

How does Anthill encourage and support you to pursue your interests?

Anthill provides me with the freedom to experiment with innovative ideas, which is incredibly empowering. This open-minded environment allows me to align my personal interests with impactful projects, making every day both exciting and fulfilling.

Can you share something you are currently working on that you find particularly exciting or challenging, and why?

I’m currently refining some of our internal frameworks to ensure consistency across all roles. It’s exciting because it strengthens our hiring process while aligning with our values of inclusivity and excellence. The challenge lies in balancing structure with flexibility to adapt to diverse roles, but the potential for long-term impact keeps me motivated.

What are your future goals & aspirations?

I aspire to expand my expertise in employer branding and recruitment marketing, helping to position Anthill as a top choice for talent. Long-term, I see myself contributing to initiatives that influence how the industry approaches talent acquisition, making it more human-centered and inclusive.

What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?

In my spare time, I love cooking and hosting events through my supper club, where food, conversation, and creativity come together. I also enjoy listening to music, which helps me relax and stay inspired as I try out new dishes or unwind after a busy week.
