Describe your role at Anthill and what a typical day looks like for you.
Sales, Business Development and partner engagement is what I do best so luckily, this is my role at Anthill. My business day starts with 40 minutes jogging outside. Then, I plan my day – which clients I want to connect to as well as how to prepare best for the topics or projects we shall discuss together. I often research new technologies and trends to become familiar with the challenges of our customers. This also helps me share new ideas with Anthill’s technical leads on how to add even more value to our customers. We often align on the top priorities we follow as a team, which requires meetings and discussions. As business development, sales and marketing departments prepare events together, so I facilitate or participate in such meetings.
Describe your job in a way that a 3-year-old would understand it.
I do lots of listening and talking to convince particular people that me and my friends at the office can help them achieve more.
What was your motivation to join Anthill’s team?
I was curious to know how this cool place looks from the inside.
How does Anthill encourage and support you to pursue your interests?
The trainings and conferences I participated in have motivated me to aim higher, automate more when it comes to routine tasks, and learn efficiently from proven sources.
Can you share something you are currently working on that you find particularly exciting or challenging, and why?
Challenges are part of the game and make it even more exciting. For me, to be able to communicate effectively in a way that I show enterprises how Anthill can help them grow, is extremely exciting, here is why I always aim for transparency and empathy in dialogue.
What are your future goals & aspirations?
Due to our business development goals, I have set improvement goals for this year related to new language, presentation and negotiation skills as well as daily usage of AI for optimal results.
What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?
I read, do sports, meet friends, and cook together with my husband and kids.
