The Materiality Assessment: A Key Step 

Before engaging stakeholders in the materiality assessment feedback process, which is a method for identifying and prioritizing the ESG issues most relevant to our business and stakeholders, we took three important steps to identify our current material topics. This involved: 

Reviewing Industry Standards: We examined relevant industry standards and ESG frameworks (e.g., guidelines and best practices for managing environmental, social, and governance responsibilities) to determine key areas of focus.  

Internal Analysis: We conducted an internal review of our operations, existing policies, and strategic objectives to identify areas where our ESG impact is most significant. 

Preliminary Topic Identification: Through discussions with internal teams, we outlined the material topics that are critical to our business and align with our values. 

A key step in our ESG journey is the upcoming materiality assessment. We recognize that, as Anthill grows, it is critical to align our ESG priorities with what truly matters to our stakeholders. This assessment will involve extensive internal and external engagement, including: 

Employee Surveys: We’ll be actively listening to the voices of our employees. By gathering their perspectives on sustainability, diversity, and workplace well-being, we’ll ensure that our future initiatives are not only ambitious but also grounded in what matters most to the people who make Anthill successful. 

Key Stakeholder Interviews: From clients to partners, we’ll be reaching out to a wide array of stakeholders. Their input will help us refine our focus areas, ensuring that our ESG efforts are impactful and aligned with industry expectations. 

Internal Info Sessions: We are looking forward to rolling out these sessions to educate and inspire our team about the importance of ESG. These gatherings will foster a deeper understanding of how each employee contributes to Anthill’s sustainability goals.
